1. Booking & Reservations
1.1 Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. You warrant that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete.
  • Bookings are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or traded.
1.2 Confirmation & Payment
  • A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the required deposit, as specified at the time of booking.
  • We accept payment via methods listed on our website/payment gateway. All transactions are processed securely by third-party providers.
  • Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
1.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Standard Policy: Cancellations made more than [e.g., 7 days] prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
  • Cancellations made within [e.g., 7 days] of check-in will result in a forfeiture of the full booking amount.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the booked date will be treated as a late cancellation, with no refund.
  • Early Departure: No refund will be provided for unused nights due to early departure.
  • Property-Driven Cancellation: In the rare event IndiPods must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
2.1 Timings
  • Check-In: From [12pm]. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
  • Check-Out: By [e.g., 10:30 AM]. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
2.2 Identification & Verification
  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhar Card, Driver's License) at check-in. PAN card is required for Indian nationals as per government regulations.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the booked pod.
3. Guest Conduct & Property Rules
3.1 General Conduct
  • IndiPods is a peaceful retreat. Guests are expected to respect the tranquility of the property, other guests, and staff.
  • Loud music, unruly behavior, and creating a disturbance are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Safety & Damages
  • Guests are responsible for the pod and its contents during their stay. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all pods. Designated smoking areas are provided.
  • The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the property.
3.3 Pets & External Visitors
  • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific pet-friendly policy.
  • Non-registered visitors are not permitted in the pods or common areas without prior management approval.
3.4 Use of Amenities
  • Use of amenities such as the jacuzzi, bathtub, tandoor, and outdoor seating is at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or operational reasons without prior notice or compensation.
4. Liability & Force Majeure
4.1 Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndiPods, its owners, and staff shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, accident, delay, or expense incurred by guests during their stay, whether arising from our negligence or otherwise.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Secure lockers may be provided, but we do not accept liability for valuables.
4.2 Force Majeure
  • We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fire, war, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, or power failures.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the IndiPods website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your stay or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Pune, Maharashtra].
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
